At Femissi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to exchange or return an item, please read our policy below.

Returns and Exchanges

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
We do not accept returns for buyers remorse or for ordering the wrong size and/or color. To start a return or an exchange, please contact us at hello@femissi.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Once you’ve shipped your return items, please confirm with us via email. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Damages and Issues

We pride ourselves on providing high-quality apparel, but sometimes things can go wrong. If you receive a damaged or defective item or if there’s an issue with your order, please inspect it upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right and offer a return or an exchange.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to the destination which is notified to you by email. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 

For EU and UK customers

Purchases made in EU and UK are eligible for returns within 14 days of delivery.
